These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and visa4d ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the visa4d website located at https://visa4d.lat and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on visa4d, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by visa4d prior to processing withdrawals or at any time at the Operator's discretion.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all visa4d accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Registration and use of visa4d is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. visa4d strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced through mandatory KYC verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not a registered agent or nominee for any third party.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended visa4d account.
• You are not employed by, nor an immediate family member of an employee of, visa4d or any affiliated entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment.

To access the full range of visa4d services, including deposits, real-money gameplay, and withdrawals, you must successfully complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, usernames, or payment methods are used — are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling standards, visa4d is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be initiated at any other time at the Operator's discretion.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC verification where required. visa4d will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals resulting from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

visa4d supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate convenient deposits in MYR. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 across all standard payment methods, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposited amount.
• Accepted payment methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.
• visa4d does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits. However, third-party payment processors or banks may apply their own charges, for which visa4d accepts no liability.
• Funds deposited using e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited to the Player's account within minutes. Direct bank wire deposits may take longer depending on the Player's bank processing times.
• visa4d reserves the right to reject any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used to make a deposit, except where visa4d provides written confirmation of an alternative arrangement.
• All pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before any portion of the associated balance is available for withdrawal.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• visa4d's target withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

Processing times are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. visa4d shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

visa4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. For example, a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,000 in qualifying bets to be placed prior to withdrawal.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino and sports betting contributions may vary and will be specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: visa4d reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus conditions.
• All promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at visa4d's sole discretion without prior notice.

All games available on the visa4d platform — including slot games, live dealer casino tables, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with certified fair play standards. The following conditions apply:

• Slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are subject to continuous monitoring to ensure integrity.
• Sports betting odds are set by visa4d at its discretion. The Operator reserves the right to void bets, correct odds errors, or apply restrictions where palpable errors or system malfunctions are identified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or service interruption during a game session, the hand, spin, or bet in progress at the time of the malfunction shall be declared void, and any stake placed will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the visa4d platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or place bets on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play across multiple accounts in live casino or poker-format games.
• Exploiting known software bugs, display errors, or pricing anomalies for systematic financial gain.
• Conducting any transaction designed to launder money or finance any unlawful activity through the platform.
• Using a credit card or funds obtained by fraudulent means to deposit into your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying systems of the visa4d platform.

visa4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Self-exclusion request made by the Player under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose visa4d to legal or regulatory risk.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the Account — including deposits, bonus funds, and associated winnings — may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion. Where an Account is closed at visa4d's initiative without cause attributable to the Player, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

visa4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following self-management tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been playing for their selected period.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently suspend their access to visa4d may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is immediate and may not be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

• visa4d is not responsible for any interruption to the Platform's availability caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, or force majeure events.
• visa4d does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or continuously available. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.
• The maximum aggregate liability of visa4d to any individual Player shall not exceed the total value of the Player's real-money Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.

All content on the visa4d platform — including but not limited to the visa4d brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of visa4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the express prior written consent of visa4d is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which visa4d holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of visa4d complies with all local laws applicable in their country or territory of residence. visa4d makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction.

visa4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the visa4d platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a proposed amendment would materially alter Players' rights, visa4d will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
